What was looking for?

Nunara was interested in learning more about how game developers could use the tool, what features they would like to see, and what parts of the process could be more efficient. ​

This study aims to evaluate the usability of Nunara’s character development process of their AI web tool for game developers and provide actionable recommendations to enhance user experience. Our study focused on understanding how users interact with the tool, identifying pain points, and suggesting improvements.

Recommendations for Nunara
Add tooltips and descriptors to icons and buttons to reduce user confusion between various feature options.
Include visual indicators by incorporating different component states to communicate the status of different interactive elements.
Introduce filtering, sorting, and folder options for users to personally customize their experience, improve navigation, and collaboration. This is especially important for the mood board and the chat function.
